Refund policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size purchase. The sizing and images listed on our website is accurate and you should measure carefully before committing to purchase a product. 

If you believe your item to be faulty, please email us at info@msfierce.com.au with the details including photos. 

Conditions where a return has been authorised by Ms Fierce Pty Ltd

• Return authorisation has been approved by Ms Fierce Pty Ltd via email.
• The return is requested within 7 days of receipt of your order.
• The return is sent within 7 days of the return being approved using a tracked postage service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.  
• Item/s are in original saleable condition (unworn, unwashed, unmarked and with all tags and the hygiene protection sticker attached).
• You are liable for the postage/shipping costs incurred when returning garments. Ms Fierce Pty Ltd is unable to compensate or reimburse you for these costs. 

Ms Fierce Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the above conditions.

Where refunds have been approved, a store credit will be issued.
