The following returns policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

To ensure your utmost satisfaction, we kindly request that you thoroughly review all product images and consult our accurate sizing chart before placing your order.

While we strive for excellence in fulfilling your expectations, please note that we are unable to process refunds for change of mind or if the product does not meet personal expectations. In the event of an exchange due to incorrect sizing, please be aware that the customer is responsible for the associated postage costs. Your careful consideration prior to purchase is greatly appreciated and helps ensure the best fit for your needs.

Incorrect Sizing:

If you wish to exchange for another size, please ensure the hygiene sticker remains in place and email us within 7 days of receiving your order. 


If you believe your item to be faulty, please email us at with the details including photos. 

Initially, you might notice a subtle texture in the fabric – this is simply a sign of its brand-new condition. Rest assured, after the first wash, the fabric smoothens out, revealing its true, flawless beauty. It's all part of the journey to enjoying your premium swimwear.

Conditions where a return has been authorised by Ms Fierce Pty Ltd

  • Return authorisation has been approved by Ms Fierce Pty Ltd via email.
  • The return is requested within 7 days of receipt of your order.
  • The return is sent within 7 days of the return being approved using a tracked postage service arranged by us.
  • Item/s are in original saleable condition (unworn, unwashed, unmarked and with all tags and the hygiene protection sticker attached).
  • You are liable for the postage/shipping costs incurred when returning garments. Ms Fierce Pty Ltd is unable to compensate or reimburse you for these costs. 

Ms Fierce Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the above conditions.

Where refunds have been approved, a store credit will be issued.
